My mini has just arrived, how do I remove the supports?

It is really simple to remove the supports. How we do it here is dip the model in recently boiled water (be careful here, perhaps use tweezers) and then gently prize away the supports. Some supports are easy to remove however some may require you to use clippers. We always advise people to take their time and go very gently. If needed, re-dip the model in the water to soften it again.

Help! I have accidentally snapped/broken my model, what can I do?

Firstly, don’t stress! Although these models are fragile, most breakages can be fixed with a simple dab of superglue. Always wear gloves when using superglue so you don’t damage your skin.
